  • Use the Service for lawful purposes only
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws when using property contact information, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Do Not Call Registry, and telemarketing regulations
  • Not scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service without explicit written permission
  • Not resell, redistribute, or commercialize the data obtained without authorization
  • Not use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any individuals

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Parcel, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Parcel or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARCEL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. PARCEL DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PARCEL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICE IS TO DISCONTINUE USE AND SEEK A REFUND, SUBJECT TO OUR REFUND POLICY.

6. TCPA Compliance & User Liability

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for ensuring your use of property contact information complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Do Not Call Registry, and all applicable federal, state, and local telemarketing laws.

PARCEL IS NOT LIABLE for any TCPA violations, Do Not Call violations, regulatory fines, or legal claims arising from your use of the data. You indemnify and hold Parcel harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees related to your use of the Service.

7. Public Records Data Disclaimer

Property contact information provided through Parcel is sourced from publicly available records. We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy or completeness of the data
  • Current validity of contact information
  • Ownership of the property or accuracy of ownership records
  • Freedom from errors, omissions, or outdated information

You use all data at your own risk and should independently verify information before taking action based on it.

8. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Harass, threaten, or harm any individuals
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Parcel, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms of Service
  • Your violation of any applicable laws
  • Your use of the Service or data obtained through it
  • Any third-party claims related to your conduct
