Where the data comes from
Parcel aggregates publicly available tax records and foreclosure data from Texas county records. We pull from county appraisal districts, courthouse filings, and public auction platforms. This is the same data available on county websites, just searchable and organized.
Owner contact information comes from public county assessor records, voter registration, and licensed data providers. The same sources used by real estate professionals, banks, and investors.
Data updates weekly. Some records may lag a few days depending on county publishing schedules, but you get the freshest publicly available information.
Browsing properties
No account required. All 100+ properties are visible with address, lien type, amount owed, assessed value, property details, and auction dates.
Owner contact info (name, phone, email) requires either a deal list purchase or subscription. Everything else is free.
